What you need to know about weight loss journey.

 True fact about my weight loss journey…. Don’t skip.

There are so many emotions that I can’t describe them all. We all need to learn to ask for help, thank
God I finally did! On my first visit, I listened and took to heart everything I was told and because I
followed their instructions my life will never be the same.
The biggest two lessons I learned were:
1. To really lose weight, you must diet and exercise together.
2. Once you’ve lost the weight, you must continue to exercise and not eat beyond your daily
allowable calories if you don’t exercise.
Believe it or not, I walked to lose almost all of my weight… it was so easy as long as I walked. I did all the
exercise they told me to do, but by the 6 th week into the plan I wanted to do more because I had just lost
26 lbs. O…M…G!
I cried, I was so happy! The joy was overwhelming, and even my husband’s co-workers we stunned
when they saw me 31/2 months into this journey! The most memorable comment was, “Lisa! What
happened to the other half of you?!?� (I was 175 lbs when this happened).
I with this experience for everyone! The most I lost, the more determined I was to continue t follow the
plan. It was self-reinforcing.
Before Health solution I almost gave up. I am forever changed because of their guidance
and I am grateful beyond words.
My life is on a whole new trajectory and anyone can do this, anyone…. Even in this age of COVID.
Thank you Health solution for helping me and thank god I finally asked!
