Nollywood actress Rita Edochie recently took to her Instagram page to express admiration for her brother-in-law, Chief Pete Edochie, while simultaneously taking a swipe at Yul Edochie’s second wife, Judy Austin.
Sharing photos of herself with the legendary movie star, Rita Edochie lavished Chief Pete Edochie with love and respect, referring to him as “great” and highlighting his revered status in Nollywood (“OGADAGIDI NA NTEJE”).
In a somewhat cryptic message, she subtly hinted at her own entrance into the Edochie family, stating that even Chief Pete Edochie could confirm that she came “through the door” and “not the window.” This indirect remark seemed to mock Judy Austin, Yul Edochie’s second wife, suggesting that Rita sees herself as the rightful wife who entered the family in a proper manner, while Judy might be perceived as an unwelcome intruder.
Rita Edochie playfully envisioned a next life where she would still be part of the Edochie family, indicating a strong bond with them.
